The Washington Huskies are looking to rebound after a tough loss to Stanford last weekend, and face a monster challenge this weekend: the Oregon Ducks. College GameDay will be making its way to Seattle for the game, and the school already announced a ‘blackout’ for the crowd — and the team as well, it appears.
The Huskies will be wearing new matte black helmets with two purple stripes down the center for the showdown:
Head coach Steve Sarkisian confirmed the helmets and posted on his website that the team “wasn’t going to let the fans have all the fun” in this one.
Washington fans — do you approve of the new lids?
