Earlier today, Houston Texans running back Arian Foster came out of nowhere and told the world that he was paid while attending the University of Tennessee — Foster was doing an interview for the “Schooled” documentary that will appear on Epix.
This evening, Tennessee AD Dave Hart has issued a response to Foster’s claims:
This sounds like a lot of athletic director speak to me — I think that Hart should probably address the issue a little more than just saying it “allegedly happened a long time ago.” He’d better have some better answers, or at least more to say, if the NCAA comes calling.
