Notre Dame’s Trick Shot Monday is one of the best traditions in college football. 2013 marks the third year of the special tradition. In case you’ve forgotten the rules:

• Trick Shot Monday takes place after practice every Monday


• Players must sink a trick shot with a ping pong ball into a Gatorade cup (filled with water) — this means bounces off the walls, ceilings, lockers, etc.


• Headers are acceptable


• The team cannot eat its training table until a shot is made


• Celebrations must be ridiculous
