Twitter user @jrdavis75 had taken to the social platform to express his disappointment that he was scheduled to work during Vanderbilt’s season opener against Ole Miss. Somehow, Franklin saw the tweet and provided a solution — he would call Davis’ boss to free up his schedule. Here is the exchange:
If Franklin follows through — I have no doubt that he will, this will be a serious power move. Hopefully Davis’ boss is just pleased that he gets to talk to Franklin, and Davis doesn’t catch any flak for this.
