The Penn State football staff now appears to be complete after Vanderbilt offensive line coach/run game coordinator Herb Hand has announced that he’s leaving the Commodores — he’s expected to join James Franklin’s crew at Penn State. Hand was a fan-favorite assistant at Vandy, and took to Twitter to thank a few people who have been key to his success:
Herb Hand, arguably Franklin’s most important assistant at Vanderbilt, announces he’s leaving Vandy. Would be great addition for PSU staff.
