James Franklin did a ton of work to quickly put together a Top-25 class in his first month at Penn State, and for National Signing Day he decided to celebrate by striking up the band.
Who knew Franklin was so multitalented?
Penn State is currently ranked 24th in Scout’s 2014 Team Rankings, and third among Big 10 schools behind league powers Ohio State and Michigan State. Impressive work for a program that saw so much turnover after the season ended.
