Video: LSU RB Fournette Stresses Humility But Expects To Win The Heisman And A National Championship Next Year
The top-ranked high school recruit in the country (according to ESPN), Leonard Fournette, has made it official — this afternoon he faxed in his letter of intent to LSU and will play for the Tigers next fall. He had actually announced his commitment to “ULSU” last month, noting that he plans to stay there for “three or four years.”
Although he is praised for his humility (he noted numerous times that he is proud of his ability to stay humble), he expressed huge expectations for himself today on ESPNU — next year he is planning on winning the Heisman and a national championship:
Hey, at least he has the attitude — shoot for the moon, kid.
