By most accounts, Texas head coach Mack Brown is on the hot seat. The past few years have been very underwhelming for the Longhorns, and a week two loss to BYU has many fans thinking 2013 will be the same.

Texas has a big game coming this Saturday vs. Ole Miss, and Brown decided to bust out the big guns for some inspiration — he’s bringing in Kevin Durant to be an honorary captain.

Of course, KD attended the University of Texas for one year before moving on to the NBA. I just hope the Durantula gives a serious pump-up speech before the game.
