Last year, the Clemson Tigers and Florida State Seminoles both finished with a 7-1 record in ACC play. FSU won the matchup between the two 49-37, and thus got to face off against Georgia Tech in the ACC Championship Game.

It’s just a bit awkward that Clemson had to put the asterisk next to the year for the shared title. Either way, 2012 was a successful season for the Tigers, and Clemson is looking to win the Atlantic Division outright this fall.
