AJ McCarron On Saban To Texas: “The Man Has Never Lied To Me In The 5 Years I Have Been There”
Count Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron among those who don’t think that Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban will be leaving for Texas. McCarron, speaking on ESPN earlier this afternoon, said that Saban told him earlier this year that he wasn’t going to leave Alabama. He also said Saban has never lied to him.
McCarron also said that Saban’s wife, Terry, wouldn’t allow it.
At this point, both sides seem confident in what they think Saban is going to choose to do. But as we saw with his Miami Dolphins-to-Alabama move, you never know what’s going to happen until he signs the dotted line.
