Report: Todd Grantham To Leave Georgia For Louisville D-Coordinator Position
It appears that Bobby Petrino is already doing an effective job in recruiting at Louisville — this afternoon, ESPN’s Joe Schad announced that Georgia defensive coordinator Todd Grantham will be leaving the SEC for the same position with the Cardinals. Grantham should be a solid addition to Petrino’s staff:
Grantham is primarily a 3-4 defensive coordinator, and before Georgia had stints with the Dallas Cowboys, Cleveland Browns, Houston Texans, and Indianapolis Colts. The Bulldogs defense finished 79th in the country in 2013, allowing opponents to score 29 points per game.
