As we mentioned yesterday , there may not be a team more excited to have a clean slate in 2013 than Notre Dame. The Irish begin the season ranked 11th in the USA Today Coaches’ Poll , and return an impressive cast of characters .

Today, Notre Dame’s Fighting Irish Digital Media department released a primer video for the 2013 season, and it’s epic — enjoy:

Notre Dame will take on Temple at 3:30 on Saturday on NBC.
