This year will mark the 20th football season Penn State spends as part of the Big Ten conference. To celebrate the anniversary, the Nittany Lions had conference commissioner Jim Delany attend a fall practice today, and they had a special gift for him: a No. 20 PSU jersey, of course:

I’m just wondering if he’ll wear the jersey or frame it on his wall? I’d love to see him don it for a game, just to see how the other Big Ten members react.
