Photo: Alabama Student Brings “Saban, We’ll Stay For 60 If You Stay FOREVER” Sign To Game
Alabama has had a serious attendance problem all season as students have been leaving the games extremely early, and earlier this head coach Nick Saban sent a clear message to the students: come and stay for the whole game, or don’t come at all, because plenty of people are willing to buy those seats and fully support the team.
One Alabama student brought a rather interesting sign to today’s Tennessee game responding to Nick Saban — here’s a photo via Tracy Wolfson:
Personally, I think the sign is rather ridiculous — Saban does an unbelievable job and the students should support the team while he’s there (especially considering he said he’s not going anywhere, although coaches aren’t always honest). In fact, they should support such a successful program for four quarters each week regardless of who is at the helm. I have to think that Saban wouldn’t be pleased with this sign.
