College basketball analyst Jay Bilas is anything but an advocate of the NCAA and its practices, often going on Twitter rants about the organization’s flaws. But today, he took it a step further and potentially opened up a giant can of worms for the company. If you remember, former UCLA star Ed O’Bannon and others are suing the NCAA for making money off of their “likeness”.

Bilas tweeted out the results of multiple player searches at the NCAA.org shop – which should have returned no results. Of course, the exact jersey (with the player’s number) he was looking for populated each time.

It looks like the NCAA has some explaining to do.
