This week, most college programs are officially kicking off their college football season as teams begin fall camp. However, while most players are ready to go, Wake Forest found out this morning that they may be without a very key player. According to Dan Collins of the Winston-Salem Journal, running back Josh Harris has been ruled academically ineligible to play this fall:
If Wake Forest loses the appeal, it will be without a player that was expected to be a big contributor in 2013. In 2012, Harris rushed for 608 yards on 137 attempts, scoring five touchdowns.
