Michael Irvin Is Extremely Proud Of Al Golden, Current Miami Team That Self-Imposed Sanctions
Michael Irvin is a very proud former Miami Hurricane. On Saturdays, he is always watching his ‘Canes, generally live-tweeting the action with rather interesting comments . Like most Miami fans, he was thrilled that the NCAA finally reached a decision regarding the Nevin Shapiro scandal and announced the school’s punishment this morning.
Irvin found the punishment handed down agreeable, and wanted to express how proud he is of Al Golden and the current Miami players that have handled a difficult situation that they never actually got themselves into:
I think his thoughts are probably pretty representative of most Miami fans’. And like those fans, he’s very excited for the rest of the 2013 season, as the Hurricanes still remain undefeated and have serious championship aspirations.
