Dee Hart Arrested, Alabama Claims He’s No Longer With Program
After Dee Hart’s arrest for alleged possession of marijuana and giving false information, it seems like the University of Alabama is trying its best to separate itself from the bad rap. The sophomore running back was arrested Sunday night and released just over an later the same night on $1,300 bond. Alabama didn’t waste any time letting its fans know that Hart hasn’t been a part of the team since the Tide lost to Oklahoma in the Sugar Bowl earlier this year.
Although Hart is the second Alabama player to be arrested in the last month, it doesn’t seem like a huge loss to the program. Last season, Hart had just 22 carries, one touchdown, and a total of 78 yards.
