T.J. Oshie is your new American hockey hero after his shootout performance against the Russians today in Sochi. Even if the U.S. doesn’t win a medal, Oshie’s multiple shootout attempts will be shown for years. The guy is now a legend.
The other good news for Oshie is that his girlfriend, Lauren Cosgrove, is a gold medal. She’s (@laurencosgrove3) about to become a household name amongst those of you who keep track of NHL girlfriends.
The bad news for you guys: these two are engaged.
Update: Lauren is pregnant. The guy knows how to get pucks by the goalie.
