Super Bowl Sunday is a day of serious celebration — it’s an excuse for everyone in America to kick back and have some wings and beer while watching football (as if we need an excuse). Apparently the popular store JC Penney didn’t even make it through the first quarter unscathed, however — somebody has had too much to drink:
