Former Vandy QB Jordan Rodgers Is Going Off About The Commodores Program On Twitter
Former Vanderbilt starting quarterback Jordan Rodgers, who led the Commodores to a 9-4 record and a Music City Bowl victory in 2012, is currently very upset with his former program. Rodgers, who is the younger brother of Green Bay Packers signal-caller Aaron Rodgers, took to Twitter Tuesday to express his displeasure with having to purchase a gym membership to help out current players on the practice field ahead of their pro days. He thinks that it’s unfair that the new indoor facility, which he believes was built as a result of his teams’ success, is off limits to recent alumni.
He also called Vandy a “second rate” program and a “stepping stone” for coaches. Check it out:
Strong words. We’ll see if this all gets straightened out – if not, it looks as if Rodgers could be done paying back his college football program.
