Super Bowl XLVIII is absolutely “Packed” with former NC State football players, and the school isn’t shy about letting everyone else know it. It’s always great to let recruits know that you can not only send players to the NFL, but that they can flourish when they get there thanks to the great college preparation they received.
Of course, the star of NC State’s class is undoubtedly Seahawk Russell Wilson, who played for three years with the program before transferring to Wisconsin for his final year of college football. Other Super Bowl Seahawks Steven Hauschka and J.R. Sweezy, while Nate Irving will be representing the Broncos.
