The Bonnies of St. Bonaventure and the Duquesne Dukes played about as evenly-matched of a game as possible today and, of course, it came down to the final possession. The Dukes trailed by one point on their home floor with 3.8 seconds remaining, and quickly got the ball into the hands of Derrick Colter, knowing that he would be the best at getting the ball up the floor quickly. He saw the clock ticking down and fired up a great floater-like shot from just outside the three-point arc right before time expired — there was never a doubt:
The Dukes will be celebrating tonight.
