North Carolina, Old Dominion Agree To 10-Minute Fourth Quarter

The decision was made with the Tar Heels leading 80-20 after three quarters – they’ve scored 11 touchdowns so far.
ODU was actually in this game at the end of the first session, trailing just 14-13. The Tar Heels then scored 35 points in the second quarter, followed by 31 points in the third quarter. That’s a lot of offense.
