Horns247 Reporting That Texas Will Hire Louisville Coach Charlie Strong
According to Horns247, Texas has found its next head football coach. Louisville head man Charlie Strong will reportedly be leaving the Cardinals to take the reigns in Austin. Bobby Burton was the first to tweet the news.
UT head coach Mack Brown, after much fanfare, is leaving the Longhorns following 16 seasons at the helm. Strong has led Louisville to a 37-15 record over the past four seasons and even notched a Sugar Bowl victory last year over Florida.
