Nebraska Coach Bo Pelini Has Acknowledged Twitter Handle @FauxPelini’s Existence
You can’t make this stuff up. Nebraska coach Bo Pelini, during his weekly radio call-in show, was asked by a caller about the fake Twitter handle @FauxPelini, which does an amazing job of constantly trolling the Cornhuskers head man. The social media account famously uses the photo of Pelini holding a cat as its avatar. Pelini acknowledged that he’s aware of the account, but that he doesn’t know who is behind it.
I’m fairly certain that it’s the dream of anyone who creates a fake celebrity account to be publicly acknowledged by the target him/herself. In fact, now I’m sure of it.
