Nick Saban: “Florida State Is Arguably The Best Team In The Country”
Earlier this season, Alabama head coach Nick Saban called LSU’s offense “the most explosive” he’d seen all year. He followed that up last week by calling Mississippi State “the best 4-5 team” in the nation. Well, the hyperbole continued today when Saban told reporters that Florida State is “arguably the best team in the country.” Saban was responding to a question about how well Seminoles coach Jimbo Fisher has been doing in Tallahassee.
Luckily for us, we’ll probably get to find out if he’s right. Alabama and FSU are on a collision course for the BCS National Championship Game, so long as neither drop a contest between now and January 6th. Something tells me we’ll all be tuning in.
