There’s nothing worse than being forced to wear an outfit dedicated to a hated rival. Well, okay, maybe there is something worse – having to do so right after that rival has just beaten your alma mater in front of the entire nation, ending their dreams of a BCS title.
Oregon alum LaMichael James had a nice little present waiting in his locker this morning after the Ducks’ devastating loss last night to Stanford. He appears to have lost a bet to either current Cardinal linebacker A.J. Tarpley or Seattle Seahawks wideout Doug Baldwin – or both. Check it out:
James is being a good sport – he’s going with the “fair is fair” methodology here, implying he’ll go through with the bet. In the future, perhaps he should bet on Oregon in every other game during the year – Stanford just seems to have the Ducks figured out.
